I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jason. After fixing a reoccurring back problem I mentioned that I was looking for some help in the gym. Jason invited me for a session and I was hooked. It's good to have someone to push you to fitness levels you never knew you had without the worry of injury as Jason has such an understanding of how to exercise and rehabilitate without causing injury.
